Â Our market is Commercial, Industrial and Institutional construction. Â We have completed almost 1,500 construction and design projects. Â LCSi services a six-state region centered around our Pennsylvania headquarters including any necessary licenses.

As Contractors, we emphasize creativity, quality, and integrity. Â The type of projects vary from light commercial to large industrial facilities as well as churches and institutional buildings. Â We are known for top-notch construction and design, delivered on time and within budget.

We have a Professional Engineer on staff and we “team” with Architectural/Engineering Professionals to provide full-service design and construction capabilities. Â Our Resident Project Managers (RPMs) provide construction management services. Â This allows our customers to continue their business while renovating and/or construction of a new building proceeds to completion.
